WOMEN'S COUGAR HOCKEY ALUMNI

The Cougar Women’s Hockey Alumni, established in 2009, is a group of former players dedicated to supporting the program’s success on and off the ice. Our mission includes giving back through initiatives like our annual scholarship, awarded to a 4th or 5th year player who demonstrates leadership and strong community involvement. We’re proud to host the 13th Annual Cougar Women’s Hockey Alumni Golf Classic on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Deer Valley Golf Club. As our sole fundraiser, this event supports key initiatives, including expanding our scholarship program to further support student-athletes and help ease the financial burden of post-secondary education. We also provide mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities, while continuing traditions like the Yellow Roses Ceremony to honor graduating players. Through sport, our athletes develop valuable skills that carry into their careers, supported by a strong and engaged alumni network.
